Do I need to pay to start?
The Free plan is always free. You can start collecting reviews immediately with no credit card required.
How does the review collection process work?
Place the QR sticker on your tables. Guests scan it, rate their experience (food, service, ambiance), and we help them write a personalized Google review based on their feedback. They can copy it and post it on Google in one tap.
What happens when a guest gives a low rating?
If a guest rates 3 stars or below, they're first invited to share private feedback, and they can still choose to post on Google. Their message goes directly to you so you can address the concern — protecting your public reputation while still hearing honest feedback.
Can I send review requests via email or WhatsApp?
Enterprise and Enterprise Chain plans include bulk review requests via both email and WhatsApp. Upload a CSV or add contacts manually — we send a branded message inviting guests to leave a review.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, contact us and we'll adjust your plan immediately. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We never share your guest data with third parties.
